Privacy Policy

Customer project data should be understandable, limited, and handled with intent.

This policy explains what Motionseed AI Studio stores, how it is used to run the adaptation pipeline, and where third-party providers may process content on behalf of the service.

Effective April 3, 2026

What We Collect

Motionseed AI Studio collects account details such as name, email address, authentication metadata, billing plan context, and operational usage information needed to run the service.

When you create a project, we store uploaded source files, extracted text, project metadata, generated scripts, clips, manifests, support diagnostics, and activity logs tied to the project lifecycle.

How We Use Data

We use project content to operate the pipeline you requested, including ingestion, story generation, script drafting, vision prompt generation, rendering, assembly, billing controls, and support workflows.

We also use operational telemetry such as task status, token usage, and error traces to monitor reliability, recover failed jobs, prevent abuse, and improve the product for active customers.

Model And Provider Processing

When live providers are enabled, prompts, excerpts, and generation inputs may be sent to configured third-party AI services such as Gemini, OpenAI, Runway, or other enabled vendors strictly to fulfill your generation request.

We recommend that customers avoid uploading material they are not authorized to process. Provider selection and routing are controlled by the platform configuration for each environment.

Sharing And Access

We do not sell project content. Data is shared only with infrastructure and AI vendors required to deliver the service, or when required by law, security response, or contract enforcement.

Access to project data is limited to authorized operators, support workflows, and automated systems that need the information to provide, maintain, or secure the service.

Retention And Deletion

Uploaded files, extracted text, generated assets, logs, and support diagnostics are retained only as long as needed for active project operations, customer support, billing, and reasonable recovery needs.

Customers can request deletion of project data. Some operational records may be retained for a limited period for fraud prevention, auditability, billing reconciliation, and incident investigation.
