These terms set the operating rules for how customers use the platform, how plans and credits behave, and what review responsibilities remain with the customer.

Motionseed AI Studio provides a production workspace for ingesting source material, generating story structure, drafting scripts, creating visual prompts, rendering clips, and exporting assembly-ready project outputs.
Availability of specific model vendors, render providers, or generation quality depends on the active configuration, third-party provider health, and plan limits in your workspace.
You are responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you submit, and confirming that you have the rights or permissions required to process that material through Motionseed AI Studio and any enabled providers.
You must not use the service for unlawful content, rights infringement, credential abuse, service interference, or attempts to bypass quotas, billing controls, or platform guardrails.
Use of the service is subject to plan limits, usage credits, file size restrictions, and generation guardrails. Features may be paused or restricted when included credits are exhausted or operational limits are exceeded.
Paid usage, overages, and access changes may be governed by your commercial agreement, plan settings, or manually approved upgrades communicated by Motionseed AI Studio.
Motionseed AI Studio helps create drafts, scripts, visual prompts, clips, and manifests, but generated outputs can contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or provider artifacts and should be reviewed before publication or commercial release.
Customers remain responsible for editorial review, factual validation, rights review, and any final publishing, marketing, or distribution decisions based on generated material.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, enforce billing terms, respond to abuse, or investigate security or legal concerns. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve customer data where appropriate.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Motionseed AI Studio is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, provider outages, or customer misuse.
