Data Handling

Customers need to know where files live, how long they stay, and who can touch them.

This page summarizes Motionseed AI Studio’s current operational posture around storage, retention, provider processing, and support access for project materials.

Effective April 3, 2026

Data Handling Posture

Motionseed AI Studio stores project data needed to operate the pipeline, including uploaded manuscripts, extracted source text, generated story assets, render metadata, support diagnostics, and export manifests.

Operational access is limited to authenticated product workflows, support tools, and authorized team members who need the data to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, or maintain billing and platform integrity.

Retention Expectations

Source files and generated project assets are retained while a project is active and for a limited operational window afterward so the team can support reruns, recovery, assembly export, billing reconciliation, and incident response.

Temporary provider-side processing may occur when live AI vendors are enabled. Customers who need shorter retention periods or bespoke deletion handling should request that arrangement directly before production rollout.

Storage And Transfers

In production mode, project assets are intended to live in configured cloud storage and generation requests may be routed to selected model vendors. In local or demo environments, mock storage and demo providers may be used for safe validation.

Because project content can move through storage, render, and model services, teams should avoid uploading sensitive material unless it is appropriate for the configured environment and contractual posture.

Operational Security Controls

The platform includes authentication gates, ownership checks, rate and quota controls, task diagnostics, recovery actions, and readiness monitoring to reduce accidental exposure and support production operations.

Even with these controls, customers should treat early-stage AI outputs as working material and keep their own review, approval, and content governance processes in place.

Requests And Incident Contact

Questions about deletion, retention windows, vendor routing, or support access can be directed to sales@aistudio.ai so the team can align technical posture with your commercial setup.

If a security or data handling incident is suspected, customers should contact the team as quickly as possible and include the project identifier, environment, and affected workflow stage if known.
